5th Virtual Transnational Project Meeting

5th Virtual Transnational Project Meeting

During the meeting, partners focused on the advancement of project management activities, the development of training itineraries, the implementation and monitoring phase, and the organization of cultural events and workshops.

The TPM confirmed the strong commitment of all partners to promoting innovative adult education methodologies based on experiential learning, travel, inclusion, and the development of transversal skills.

Development of Training Itineraries

A key topic of the TPM5 was the progress of WP2 – Development of Training Itineraries. Partners discussed the work carried out to identify relevant cross-cutting and sector-specific skills for adult learners and educators. The development of flexible and customized training modules remains one of the central outputs of the project.

The training itineraries are designed using innovative methodologies, including case studies, group projects, learning-by-doing activities, and experiential learning approaches. These resources aim to support educators in delivering meaningful and inclusive training experiences. The TPM also offered partners the opportunity to reflect on the connection between the needs analysis, soft skills development, and the creation of training content suitable for different adult education contexts.
